YOUP loves taking you on his Breathing Adventures!
During the Breathing Adventures we remind you to breathe and use your imagination in your favor.

YOUP lives in Popcornland, the country in your fantasy.
Everything is possible here. What you imagine in your imagination exists in Popcornland. YOUP has a lot of imagination and likes to go on Breathing Adventures, a journey on which he uses his imagination and breath.
In these adventures, YOUP takes the children on a journey full of imagination. The children will learn relaxation through breathing and visualization in a playful way.
By listening to YOU-Pop Breathing Adventures, children experience magical relaxation using their imagination. They could fly to the moon as astronauts or slide down the rainbow, or drive a super fast racecar. The exercises offer relaxation and stimulate the imagination.
