At YOU- Pop we call our adventures "Breathing Adventures".
It is relaxation theory with fantasy and breathing as the key. YOUP lives in Popcornland, where everything is possible. Here we take children on a journey full of imagination, where breathing and visualization help them relax. From astronauts to the moon to sliding down a rainbow, everything is possible!
For young children
YOU-Pop Breathing Adventures are suitable for everyone, but specially designed for young children (4-8 years) to learn to deal better with stress and emotions. Parents, educators, and caregivers are also welcome to participate!

YOUP is a happy, soft popcorn cuddly toy. They have hands shaped like hearts and feet shaped like four-leaf clovers, symbolizing love, friendship, diversity, happiness, fun and relaxation. YOUP is an unconditional friend and is there for everyone from young to old. YOU-Pop is also there for you.
